
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Shannon Greenwald earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and her Pre-Medical Certificate from Columbia University. While earning her doctorate, she also took advanced coursework in orthopedics with a special interest in sports and return to sport for the athlete. She has clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics/sports and in-patient rehab. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Political Science from Villanova University. She also holds post graduate certificates in blood flow restriction training and functional movement systems. In 2022, Dr. Greenwald became board certified in Orthopedics receiving her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification.
She was raised in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and since graduating high school has lived in Pennsylvania, California, New York, and now, New Jersey. Shannon’s goals for her patients are to keep them active and having fun. She wants her patients to constantly be striving for their next goal. Shannon aims to have her treatment sessions directed, challenging and rewarding.
Shannon has played competitive and social basketball, volleyball, softball, baseball, swimming, and football. When she is not working, you can find her traveling the world with her family and friends, hiking mountains, skiing down slopes, hanging outdoors, playing intramural sports and causing trouble with her two pups.
